This is what happens when one man takes back his life. 3 Years ago I began the journey to transform my body and my life. In that time I've gone from a 218lb mess to a 165lb fitness addict. I want to show people that this sort of transformation is possible and I want to inspire/help them along their own journey. I think that in our modern hyper-capitalist society we are dehumanized into believing that we have no control over our situations and that this concept ties over from our political sphere to our domiciles and right down to our own body images and self worth. WELL IT'S TIME TO TAKE IT BACK! I don't want to stress judgement, we all start somewhere, but rather encouragement. You can do this, We can do this! |

He’s the same dude who built my prowler and since he’s doing some work to that nightmare hunk of metal I figured it’d be fun to push my 1997 Chevy Astro Van around a bit. Here’s what they look like:
They go into the trailer hitch receptacle and you push from behind the van. Depending on the incline these pushes can be pretty intense. here’s yesterday’s GPP/Cardio workout:
Van Push: for an interval Pyramid (starting at 30second alternating rest and work periods increasing by :05 every round for ten rounds, ending in 1:30 interval) Hill Sprints: 8 hill sprints in 7 min Fasted AM Cardio: 2.93miles in 00:56:38 @ 3.10 mph/avg Diet is getting down there. 1900 cals/day but i’m sticking to it really well. Carb up/refeed tomorrow. can’t wait! my weight as of this morning was `168.8lbs |
